He is an expert in close family relationships and also an author of [[Self-help book|self-help books]] and advanced statistics for research. He is a Ph.D. supervisor in [[social assistance]] at [[Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad]], Romania. He supervises Ph.D. students in family issues, preventive interventions in [[parenting]], and interventions in couple crises. He has got three children, two boys (2008, 2011) and one girl (2014), and is married to PhD. He got a master's degree in Couple and Family Therapies from [[Alexandru Ioan Cuza University|University Alexandru Ioan Cuza]] of Iași (2008-2010). He got his PhD. in [[psychology]] with the thesis "The Role of Parental Variables in Parent-Adolescent Conflict" [[Magna Cum Laude]] from [[Alexandru Ioan Cuza University|UAIC]] of Iași (2010-2013), under the coordination of Professor Maria Nicoleta Turliuc from [[Alexandru Ioan Cuza University|UAIC]] of Iași . He got a scholarship as a [[postdoctoral researcher]] at Institute of Economic and Social Research "Gh. Zane" – [[Romanian Academy]], Iasi Branch (2014-2015), under the supervision of Dr. Hrițuleac Aurora and Dr. Ceobanu Marius Ciprian.
